Warranty
We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.
Pops & Explosions
xWhat to do if your cube pops
There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:
- Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
- Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.
If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

when I got the cube it was a tiny but slow out of the box, but after I set it up it was my new main. The mgc might be better if I ever get it, but just for now this is perfect for me. The cube could be a little bit better at corner cutting, but It dosen't really matter to me though.

Delivery was good. When it came out the box I was disappointed with the amount of friction it had and how slow it was but after a few days worth of solving, it gradually became better. This cube gets smother the more you solve. Magnets are nice and I had no problem with the colours or texture of the cube. Lube is definitely recommend. Overall the cube is quite good whilst being very affordable .

Honestly awesome cube and came with orange internals and overall an amazing cube
